Now that you’ve seen our winners for this year, it’s time to celebrate them!
The 2024 Children’s Literature of Southern California Awards Ceremony will be held on November 2nd from 10AM to 12PM at the beautiful Luminarias Restaurant in Monterey Park. You’ll have a chance to see acceptance speeches from the award winners, get books signed by those in attendance, and connect with others in our Southern California book loving community.
A brunch buffet will be served. If you prefer a vegetarian or vegan option, make sure to mark that choice in your registration. Please ensure that your selection is paid for before October 20th, as we cannot assure your meal preference after that date.
Want to get a book signed? CLCSC has partnered with Once Upon a Time Bookstore to sell books at the event. To ensure that you get your book before it sells out (yes, it’s happened!), you can preorder through their website, and it will be delivered to the Awards Ceremony. If you’re unable to make it to the event, we can also arrange to get books signed and shipped to you. You are also welcome to bring books from home.
